Another view of West Kent Motor Company looking South. The building on the far right of the picture (then Chilmans) still stands today. These two buildings (144 and 146 Main Road) were joined together for many years until 146 was demolished in the 80's. See '144/6 Main Road' for more details.

Also, look further down the road to the chimneys on the roof of the house behind the trees. This is now 'Nat West Bank'. Everything between 144 and the Bank have all gone and replaced by modern shops. Even the space above these shops has changed in the last few years with new flats being built.
