This is a view along Sunningvale Avenue across to Mount Pleasant. The small trees in the foreground of this early photograph have now grown to such an extent as to block out this tranquil view along Sunningvale Avenue, over Christy Road, Melrose Road, Stock Hill and up to Mount Pleasant in the far distance. My photograph was taken a little further down just before 'Rosalie' and 'Glenarden', the upper windows of which can just be seen in the original. This was one of the best-selling Biggin Hill view postcards produced by W.H.Nelson.
