At first it's hard to locate where this photo actually is because it has changed so much in the 45 years since this 'Then' photo was taken in 1965. But if you look a little closer you can see three similar constructed houses just around the corner. These houses are still there (they have names not numbers) as is No.2 Melrose Road (see also Melrose Road 1).
