John Nelson

The first official agent for the 'Aperfield Court Estate' was Mr. Terry who lived in one of the thatched cottages on Biggin Hill Green, and later at 'Hogarth', Polesteeple Hill. He is seen here outside his estate office, which was situated on the opposite side of the Green to the 'Black Horse'. Mr. Terry died at Christmas 1926.
