Biggin Hill is changing all the time and another change is happening at the moment. A row of houses, that feature on this website on Church Road, are to be demolished to make way for a three storey block of 32 one and two bedroom sheltered housing appartments with associated communal facilities, car parking, landscaping and electrical sub-station with access from Church Road. |

| March 2017. The bulldozers move in. Number 7 is the first to go. |

| April 2017. Only 1 and 3 are still standing. The rest have now been cleared away. |
